The history of mayonnaise in Japan.

It's no secret. I'm a Kewpie mayonnaise addict.

Mayonnaise was first introduced in Japan in 1925 by Kewpie.

It is a yellower, richer, more creamy mayonnaise than the standard British types.

It is made with rice vinegar, instead of distilled vinegar, to make it especially complimentary to Japanese cuisine.

Once you have tried Japanese mayonnaise you will never go back!

You can buy it online from the Japan centre.
