A chocolate tasting night at Artisan du Chocolat. Amazing! Starting off with Origin hot chocolate & a Bellini with cocoa pulp. Next on to the hardcore stuff: 100% cocoa, 75% cocoa, Dominican Republic, Java, Jamaica, Matcha & white chocolate, Gingerbread spice, Tonka milk chocolate, Moroccan mint, Almond milk, Tobacco, Marc de champagne, Sparkling truffle, Sea salted caramels (lemongrass & balsamic vinegar). It was out of this world.
