University of Bristol Botanic Garden.
Back in August on a boiling hot day Thomas and I visited the Botanic Gardens in Bristol and it was a rather amazing place. It has the most wonderful Chinese medicinal herb collection and I just read that they hosted the Bristol Honey Festival in September! You can also do a diploma for garden design there and lots of courses as well - I like the sound of Tonics and Elixirs: Herbal Harvesting for Autumn.
