I've followed your blog for a while (and i love it) but I'm not a person that comments ever, but seeing homemade bubble tea, I just had to ask, how do you make it? I have tapioca pearls, I just don't know what to do with them ^ ^;;
Isabele: I'm glad you like my blog! Thanks! Here are some instructions for the bubble tea. This is how my boyfriend made the one in the photo:
+ Add 3tsp jasmine loose leaf tea to 1/3 cup of boiling water (let it steep for 10 minutes). + Add 3tsp sugar to tea while hot. + In large glass add 6 ice cubes, then fill glass with milk/soya milk. + Strain tea into ice mixture.
For tapioca pearls - boil for 5 minutes in sweetened boiling water (3tsp sugar). Drain, pour into colander and run under cold water to cool down. Then add to tea!
Love these pictures, which camera have you taken them with? xx
