  5. I've followed your blog for a while (and i love it) but I'm not a person that comments ever, but seeing homemade bubble tea, I just had to ask, how do you make it? I have tapioca pearls, I just don't know what to do with them ^ ^;;

  6. Jasmine bubble tea sounds good and I must get me one of these blue and white checked tablecloths - obligatory for living in France :)

    Isabele: I'm glad you like my blog! Thanks! Here are some instructions for the bubble tea. This is how my boyfriend made the one in the photo:

    + Add 3tsp jasmine loose leaf tea to 1/3 cup of boiling water (let it steep for 10 minutes).
    + Add 3tsp sugar to tea while hot.
    + In large glass add 6 ice cubes, then fill glass with milk/soya milk.
    + Strain tea into ice mixture.

    For tapioca pearls - boil for 5 minutes in sweetened boiling water (3tsp sugar). Drain, pour into colander and run under cold water to cool down. Then add to tea!
